Part of the 2020 Health Challenge was to cook a healthy lunch. Thus, our college was able to submit their personal favorite dishes or recipes, which of course fit into the category of "healthy food". From these, the Challenge's organizing team chose a recipe, purchased all the necessary groceries, and invited the recipe to be cooked and enjoyed together as a team. Thus, everyone got to know a delicious dish together - and there was a Indian chickpea cauliflower curry. Thanks again to Robin for the great recipe! It was really very tasty!
