You may revoke the consent granted to MSP for the use of your personal information at any time, as described below.

§ 5 Cookies and IP Addresses

"Cookies" are small data files that are stored on the user's hard disk by a web server. Cookies are a common tool in the industry and are used on most major websites for: managing records, developing usage patterns, performing promotions, improving the services and products offered to the user, facilitating the website navigation for the user, exchanging usage statistics on the website with external service partners of MSP. The information stored can be downloaded from the MSP server that generated the cookie. This allows MSP to personalize, monitor or control the use of the site, to automate the access, data input functions (e.g. login details) or any downloads made during the visit to the website and to adapt the look and presentation of the website to your preferences and interests. Thanks to the cookies, MSP can also track the use of the site (for example, to determine which areas of the site are particularly useful or popular), enabling us to effectively improve and update the site. You can set your browser to notify you as soon as you receive a cookie and let you choose whether to accept it or not. However, if you decide to reject cookies, it may be that some areas of the site will not work properly or cannot be accessed. An "IP address" is the Internet address with which a user's computer or terminal can be identified. MSP may collect and use IP addresses to analyse trends, manage the site, track the user's movements, and compile broad demographic information for overall use. MSP does not always link your IP addresses with your personal information. If you want to learn more about how cookies work, you can visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org/.

§ 6 Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies" – text files that are stored on your computer and which allow an analysis of how you use the website. The information about your use of this website (including your IP address) generated by the cookie is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in the case of the activation of IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be abbreviated by Google within the Member States of the European Union or in other states of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the US and abbreviated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities and to provide other services related to the use of the website and the Internet for the website operator. The IP address provided by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent cookies from being saved by setting your browser software accordingly. However, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to fully utilize all the functions of this website. In addition, you may prevent Google from collecting and processing the data (including your IP address) related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of such data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en .

For more information on terms of use and privacy, please visit www.google.com/analytics/terms/us.html or www.google.com/intl/en_uk/analytics/privacyoverview.html. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp ();" in order to ensure an anonymous detection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). By using this website, you agree to the processing of the data via Google in the manner described above and for the purposes described above.

§ 7 Revocation of Consent, Modification and Cancellation of Personal Information

It may happen that you wish to revoke your consent to the collection, use and transmission of your personal information. You also have the right to demand the modification and the freezing or deletion of some or all of your personal information. In this case, we are no longer allowed to do so, and we will refrain from using your personal information for the purpose(s) intended by MSP. To revoke your consent, please contact us as indicated below.

§ 8 Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information during the transfer from your computer to our website and to protect it from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Please note that the transmission of data over the Internet is never completely secure or error-free. This applies in particular to e-mails to or from this website. You should be particularly careful when deciding which information you send us by e-mail. Furthermore, when using passwords, ID numbers or other special access facilities on this website, it is your responsibility to protect them accordingly. We recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone and that you change it at regular intervals. The password should be a combination of lower case and upper case letters, special characters, and numbers, and must contain at least seven characters.

§ 9 Protection of the Privacy and Personal Sphere of Minors

MSP underlines the importance of protecting the privacy and personal sphere of minors (explicitly children under the age of 16) in particular with regard to a possible misuse of today's Internet communications. For this reason, MSP wishes to emphasize that the MSP website and all websites of affiliated companies have not been designed to inform minors or to collect information from minors.
